Overview

Opsmatic offers three plans — Free, Pro and Scale — designed around automation agencies managing workflows for one or many clients. Each plan sets how many platforms and organizations you can run, your team size, data retention, and the platform fee on client payments.
Prices are shown in the billing page and may vary by region and by monthly vs. yearly billing. Yearly billing is discounted versus paying monthly. Pro and Scale include a 14-day free trial.

Plan Comparison

The platform fee applies to payments you collect from your clients through Opsmatic. Higher plans reduce that percentage — the more you bill, the more a lower fee is worth.

Choosing a Plan

Free

Testing Opsmatic or handling your first client. Up to 2 platforms across 3 organizations, 7-day retention.

Pro

Growing agencies with several clients. 10 platforms per org, 25 organizations, advanced analytics, exports and branding.

Scale

Established teams managing dozens of workflows. 50 platforms per org, unlimited organizations, custom domain and the lowest platform fee.

What Counts Toward Limits

Each n8n, Make.com or OpenClaw connection counts as one platform, per organization. Deleting a connection frees the slot.
Each organization you own or manage counts toward the organization limit. Scale removes the cap.
Unlimited on every plan — you’re never charged per workflow monitored.
How long raw execution and availability data is kept before purging. Aggregated trends are retained much longer regardless of plan — see Availability Monitoring.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Change plans anytime from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. If a downgrade would put you over a limit (for example, more connections than the target plan allows), resolve the overage first.
